Ceramic sculpture, hand-built
This sculpture was the artist’s very first work — created in May 2022, at a time when art remained a language of calm and hope. The piece was never completed, yet even in its early form, it revealed the beginnings of a personal and recognizable style.
A cheerful character, familiar to many since childhood, was reimagined in a new, authorial manner — with bold shapes, open textures, and a sincere emotional gesture. The sculpture carried the warmth of an initial creative exploration.
Sadly, this work was lost as a result of the military aggression caused by Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It exists now only in a photograph — a memory of a path that was interrupted, but never broken.
